The winners of the "Technology innovation” and "New technology" categories in the Lucio Mastroberardino Innovation Challenge are awarded their prizes at the opening of Enovitis in campo. The fair is an opportunity par excellence to see the most modern technologies specifically designed for vineyard cultivation on display and at work in realistic conditions.

The competition is transversal in that it assesses and awards works that contain innovative elements and technological progress in their respective areas of application, from materials for the planting of the vineyard to the harvest, passing through all the cultivation operations in the vineyard. In short, it encompasses everything from "simple" poles to the most sophisticated robots, including products for defence and nutrition.

The Technology Innovation Award is given to "works" that in the opinion of the Technical-Scientific Committee show significant innovation and significant elements of progress in terms of  the different quality parameters. 

The 2025 edition saw one work awarded with this prestigious recognition.

The 2025 Enovitis in campo Innovation Challenge also awarded five "New Technology" trophies, a recognition that is reserved for works the Technical-Scientific Committee considers to be partially innovative as they present elements of progress for at least one of the evaluation parameters set out in the competition announcement.
