The winners of the "Technology innovation award”, "Green Innovation Award" and "New technology" categories in the Lucio Mastroberardino Innovation Challenge are awarded their prizes at the opening of Enovitis in campo. For over 25 years, the fair has proven to be the opportunity par excellence to see the most modern technologies specifically designed for vineyard cultivation on display and at work in realistic conditions.
The competition is transversal in that it assesses and awards works that contain innovative elements and technological progress in their respective areas of application, from materials for the planting of the vineyard to the harvest, passing through all the cultivation operations in the vineyard. In short, it encompasses everything from "simple" poles to the most sophisticated robots, including products for defence and nutrition.
The Technology Innovation Award recognises ‘projects’ that demonstrate significant innovation and, in the opinion of the Technical and Scientific Committee, represent a significant step forward across various quality criteria.
The 2025 edition saw only one work receive this prestigious award.
The 2025 Enovitis in campo Innovation Challenge competition also awarded six “New Technology” trophies, a recognition reserved for entries deemed to be partially innovative by the Technical-Scientific Committee, as they demonstrate elements of progress in at least one of the evaluation criteria set out in the competition notice.
