Consent declaration for Data Processing – Privacy - (GDPR 679/2016)

I have read your privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR. I have understood the purposes in point 2.A and the lawful bases according to which processing is necessary and legitimate, even without consent concerning data indicated as compulsory. I will be able to exercise all the rights referred to in articles 16 and 17 of the GDPR 679/2016 (including the rights of access, rectification, updating, opposition to processing and cancellation and the right to erasure). The policy indicates how data subjects may contact the data controller and how they may exercise their rights. With reference to the processing of my personal data, for which consent is required as explained in the methods and purposes indicated in:

B1 = By selecting 'I consent', I authorise the UIV to use audio-video recordings and photographs, i.e. their viewing and duplication, featuring myself as a data subject, exclusively for the activities and services requested from the organisation (such as participation as auditors or speakers in all possible trade fair activities: Conferences, Workshops, press conferences, work tables, digital forums and/or in presence, training courses) and/or for promotional activities of the same (such as publication on their site or on their social networks) and not for other commercial purposes. It is specified that in the case of participation in digital call-conferences, I will be free to use my own audio-video devices and their configuration data as I wish (therefore I can also choose to disable them or change their account-name). These data may be used free of charge (pursuant to Articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and articles 96 and 97 Law 22.4.1941, n° 633, Copyright Act). In other cases of use of audio-video recordings, a specific disclaimer will be required. We specify that, with regard to participation in trade fair events, without such consent it may be impossible to provide the service requested.

B2 = By selecting "I consent", you authorise UIV to send commercial communications and/or advertising material regarding UIV's products or services, including those related to trade fairs organisd by UIV and commercial communications/promotional material regarding products or services not falling under legitimate interest (such as the newsletters from Unione Italiana Vini's Corriere Vinicolo and/or third partiesservices/products). All using both automated (email, sms, mms, whatsapp, fax, newsletter) and traditional (paper mail) contact methods. Please note that if you are already a customer, we may send you commercial communications relating to services and products similar to those you have already used, unless you object (Privacy Code).
