The Horizon Europe Oper8Project involves 8 Operational Groups in 7 countries with the ambition to achieve a high impact and improve the sustainability of the European agricultural sector. The Operational Groups involved are agricultural organisations, applied researchers and academic institutions from all over Europe. Our main objective is to communicate each Operational Group's alternative pest control solutions to key stakeholders through national networks across the EU. The project focuses on the problems and innovations identified by the Operational Groups and the national networks involved  and the solutions found thanks to the direct involvement of stakeholders (farmers, technicians, machinery, seed and technical equipment companies, policy makers, etc.). Stakeholder involvement also involved carrying out numerous dissemination and demonstration activities directly on the company premises. The aim is to ensure the maximum dissemination of the best pest management practices and the creation of a strong European network.
